Software License Agreement
Last updated: October 11, 2026
This Software License Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to themes, plugins, templates and other software and digital assets provided by Digital Fox (“Software”). By downloading, installing or using the Software you accept this Agreement.
1. Open-source components
Parts of the Software that are built on WordPress are licensed under the GNU General Public License version 2 or later (GPL). Nothing in this Agreement limits the rights the GPL gives you for that code. This Agreement covers license keys, updates, support, documentation, and any designs, images and branding that are not licensed under the GPL.
2. License grant
When you buy a license, we give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software on the number of websites included in your plan, for your own business or for your clients’ websites if your plan allows it.
3. License keys, updates and support
Your license key gives you access to updates and support for the paid period. When a license expires, the Software you downloaded keeps working, but you no longer receive updates or support until you renew.
4. What you may not do
- Share, sell or publish your license key or your account access.
- Use one license on more websites than your plan allows.
- Sell or give away our non-GPL designs, images, documentation or branding as your own.
- Remove copyright notices or attempt to bypass license checks.
- Use the Software for anything unlawful.
5. Ownership
We and our licensors keep all rights in the Software that this Agreement does not give you. You keep ownership of your own content and websites.
6. Third-party components
The Software may include third-party components that are licensed under their own terms, which apply to those components.
7. Term and termination
This Agreement lasts as long as you use the Software. We may end your license, and your access to updates and support, if you break this Agreement. Rights that the GPL gives you for open-source code are not affected.
8. No warranty
The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not promise that it will be error-free or meet every need. Please keep backups of your website.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Country or state].
